Equality Index Women/Men
What is Spiecapag's result?

Convinced of the importance of profile diversity, Spiecapag is committed to professional equality between women and men.
The law of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one’s professional future has strengthened the obligations in terms of equal pay between women and men.
Companies with more than 50 employees must now measure pay gaps between women and men and take measures, if necessary, to eliminate them. This index is subdivided into 4 indicators allowing the measurement of various data and is calculated on a total of 100 points (below a threshold of 75 points out of 100, the company must take measures to correct the inequalities within 3 years):
-Pay gaps.
– Gaps in the proportion of women and men increased.
– The percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year they returned from maternity leave, if raises occurred during the period in which the leave was taken.
– The number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten highest paid employees
Spiecapag’s score as of December 31, 2021: 75/100
